Cancellation Policy

We regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24 Hours of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

Return Policy

If the product is found defective, please call +91 9836061000 or email to sales.bodyline@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt for products. We will either arrange on site Parts & Service support or arrange the reverse pickup for the product and then issue a new product to the customer. Please understand replacements are subject to availability of stock.

Refund Policy

Any refund requests are to raised within 7 days of receipt of the product and if approved the refund would be made in the original source of payment

In what scenarios do we issue refunds?

Refunds are issued by Bodyline Sports only when,
  • The order is cancelled by the Customer prior to dispatch
  • The Order is cancelled by Bodyline Sports
  • The customer returned a defective product and requested for a refund
Returns are not applicable on all the products of Bodyline Sports (www.bodylinsports.co.in). Please refer to our Return Policy.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY REFUND AFTER RETURNING A PRODUCT?

Once we have received the defective / returned product, our team will verify the nature of the defect/damage. After validation we will send you an acknowledgement via SMS / email / phone
