We ship fitness equipment through reputed cargo / shipment agency by train/ surface transport.


Our products / services are billed with GST and Input can be claimed for the same if proper billing address & GST Number is provided at the time of placing orders.

Shipping Charges

We are charging Rs. 50 for shipping on products valued upto Rs.1000
We are charging Rs. 100 for shipping on products valued above Rs1000 till Rs.2000.
All products valued above Rs.2000 are applicable for free shipping.

Delivery Time

The duration of despatch of an order depends on the availability of the items for which you have placed the order. This may fall in the following categories:

Available Stock : Dispatched in 2-3 working days from the date of receiving of the order in our system.

Out of stock Equipment: We can suggest you to either wait for its fresh arrival, or choose an alternate item or cancel the order.

Typical delivery time is 7 to 14 days for Surface Shipping Method.

Our delivery partner will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products during these attempts, the delivery partner reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

Estimated delivery time along with Order Summary will be intimated to the customer

Our delivery partner shall have no liability or other obligation hereunder if its performance is delayed or prevented to any extent by any event such as, but not limited to, any act of God, strike or work stoppage, fire, flood, accident, allocation or other acts / orders of Government authorities, shortage of transportation, fuel, material and labor, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of our delivery partner .

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails / SMS for such updates.

Also, we shall not be under any obligation to compensate for any financial or physical loss or any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.


Installation Manual / Online Support for Installation through Youtube / Whatsapp or Video Call is provided with most of our Products.

On Site Repairs & Service is also provided to Customers during and after Warranty Period. In that case Travelling, Fooding & Lodging cost has to be borne by the Customer.
